Florida villa owners Roger and Catherine welcome you to our fabulous 4 bedroom villa near Disney Orlando, available to rent privately. Our home has a wealth of additional facilities not available in all Florida villas to rent and we would like to share this with you, our aim is to make your vacation trully memorable. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has the largest floor plan available in single storey 4 bedroom villas and comfortably sleeps 8, plus a cot. The villa is 20 minutes from Disney and for your added enjoyment we have a superb games room. Apart from the games room we also provide free wireless internet. Our rental villa has been completely refurbished with new furniture and soft furnishings throughout. Our Florida villa is located on the award winning gated community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. The amazing golf course of Southern Dunes is ranked 6th in Florida.

Our vacation villa has a large private heated pool with an extensive deck area with 4 sun loungers, table and 4 chairs, umbrella and a large stainless steel range BBQ. The villas pool area is very secluded with flowering hedge screening around. Our villas pool is centered in the middle of the large deck so there is space to use sun loungers all around, this is something to consider when choosing florida villas to rent as not every pool has this additional area. We welcome our younger guests to Florida and provide a cot, stroller, high chair and baby relax chair. All our prices are inclusive of taxes,utilities,towels/linen, internet, cleaning costs and cable T.V. With all the comforts of home it makes for a magical Florida vacation rental in Orlando.
